NOTE: Before the following operation, please withdraw
the power plug from socket.
1. Cleaning feed dog
1. Take out needle and presser, remove screws from
needle plate with screw driver and take out the
needle plate.
2. Brush out dust and cotton flock from feed dog and
replace needle plate.
2. Cleaning shuttle race
1. Open bobbin access cover
2. Adjust the needle to the highest position, open
presser foot of shuttle race cover and take out
bobbin components.
3. Open bobbin case latch, take out bobbin case,
open stopper of shuttle race back to take out
shuttle race back and clear off dust and cotton
flock from shuttle race and bobbin case with
brush or dry soft cloth.

3. Fixing shuttle race
Hold intermediate shaft of oscillating shuttle and
replace it to shuttle race to make the semi-circle of
oscillating shuttle and semi-circle of shuttle race to
form an integral circle, replace the shuttle race cover,
align the pin on the bottom of the shuttle race back
with the slot on the shuttle race, reset the stopper of
shuttle race cover to the previous position and place
bobbin case.

NOTA: Antes de efectuar as seguintes operações, retire
a tomada da corrente.
1. Limpeza dos dentes
1. Retire a agulha e o pé-calcador, retire os parafusos
da placa da agulha com uma chave de parafusos
e retire a placa.2. Cepille el polvo y los restos de
algodón de los dientes y vuelva a colocar la placa.
2. Escove o pó e o cotão dos dentes e volte a colocar
a placa.
2. Limpeza da lançadeira
1. Abra a coberta da canela
2. Ajuste a agulha para a sua posição mais alta, abra
o pé-calcador da coberta da lançadeira e retire os
componentes da canela.
3. Abra o contentor, retire o porta-canela, abra o topo
da lançadeira e retire o pó e o cotão da lançadeira
e do porta-canelas com uma escova ou com um
pano seco suave.

3. Fixar a lançadeira
Para voltar a colocar a lançadeira, efectue os
mesmos passos na ordem inversa.
