CONSOLE FEATURES
Note: There is a thin protective sheet of clear plastic on the overlay of the console that should be removed before use.
A) LCD DISPLAY WINDOWS: Incline, Speed, Time, Distance, Calories, Heart Rate
B) LED DISPLAY: Incline, Speed, Time, Distance, Calories, Heart Rate
C) PROGRAM INDICATORS: shows which program is currently selected.
D) START: press to begin exercising, start your workout, or resume exercising after pause.
E)
STOP: press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the console.
F)
ENTER: press this button to confirm settings and selections during programming.
G) DISPLAY: this button changes the LED display information between (Incline/Segment Time/Speed) and (Distance/Total
Time/Speed).
H) INCLINE +/- KEYS: used to adjust incline in small increments (0.5% increments).
I)
SPEED +/- KEYS: used to adjust speed in small increments (0.1 mph increments).
J)
SPLIT: press this key to reset the Segment Time count-up timer to 0 seconds.
K) INTERVAL KEYS: these are programmable keys. When an user is selected, they can be programmed to a desired speed
and incline setting.
L)
INCLINE QUICK KEYS: used to reach desired incline more quickly.
M) SPEED QUICK KEYS: used to reach desired speed more quickly.
N) FAN KEY: press to turn fan on and off.
O) FAN: personal workout fan.
P)
AUDIO OUT / HEADPHONE JACK: plug your headphones into this jack to listen to your music through the headphones.
Note: when headphones are plugged into the headphone jack the sound will no longer come out through the speakers.
Q) AUDIO IN JACK: plug your CD / MP3 player into the console using the included audio adaptor cable.
R) USB INPUT: 1A/5V USB output power.
S)
TABLET/READING RACK: holds tablet or reading material.
T)
BLUETOOTH INDICATOR LIGHT: informs user that the Bluetooth connection as been made.
U) HEART RATE PULSE GRIPS: used to measure heart rate.
