Working with the kneading

Under no circumstances should you place
your hands or fingers in the mixing bowl
during operation! Danger of injury due to
rotating parts!

Switch from one accessory to another only
when the drive unit is at a complete standstill!
After being switched off, the drive continues
to run for a short time.
►
In cases of malfunction, switch the appliance
off and remove the plug from the wall socket.
This will prevent the appliance from becoming
switched on again unintentionally.

When working with kneading hooks

To prepare the device for tasks involving the knead-

Please note that the dough in the mixing bowl
will increase in volume or will be pressed
upwards by the movement during the kneading
or mixing process. Therefore, never fill the
mixing bowl
to the brim!
5) Push the release lever
