Die InPro 3030 Elektrode ist hauptsächlich für die pH-Messung in biotechnischen Prozessen bei moderaten Prozessdrucken (< 6 bar) konzipiert worden. Sie ist besonders für Prozesse bestimmt, wo die Zwischensterilisation beziehungsweise das Zwischenautoklavieren unerlässlich ist, und kann sowohl in der industriellen Fermentation wie auch unter Pilot- und Laborbedingungen eingesetzt werden.
- Página 3 The InPro 3030 sensor is mainly designed for the measurement of pH value in biotechnical processes at moderate pressures (< 6 bar). It can be used under industrial fermentation, pilot and laboratory conditions, and is particularly intended for those processes where intermediate steriliztion or autoclaving is indispensable.
- Página 4 5.2 Stérilisation de l’électrode L' électrode InPro 3030 peut être stérilisée, soit par autoclavage, soit in situ. Il ne faut pas dépasser des températures de stérili-sation de 140 °C. Des durées de stérilisation excessives (par exemple t >> 30 mn à 140 °C) peuvent réduire la durée de vie del’électrode de façon notable. L’élec- trolyte peut se colorer légèrement lors de stérilisations et/ou d’autoclavages répétés de l’électrode.
