TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The motor fails to start.
The appliance keeps stopping.
The feeder tube might be jammed with pulp.
The pulp stops coming out.

– The power cord might not be plugged to the mains.
– The feeder chamber might not be locked in place.
– The products fed in might have clogged the appliance.
– The appliance parts might not be properly assembled.
– The appliance might stall from overloading.
– The product chucks might be difficult to process.
– If you extract from large portions of soft products, try alternating the soft
portions with hard products (e.g. push down the orange/apple chunks with
some carrot). Use fresh products without rot.
– Operate the power and control switch a few times in Reverse.
– Do not overfill the feeder tube mouths with products. Feed the product chunks
one by one and wait for the appliance to fully process them.
– If the problem cannot be identified, clean and reassemble the appliance.
– Push the pump outside by feeding in a hard product.
