Troubleshooting
Issue
The oven or grill does not come on.
I cannot change the oven temperature.
The fan switches off and on during use.
The oven light does not operate.
The oven or grill are not very hot.
Recycling & disposal
Waste electrical products (WEEE) should not be disposed of with household waste.
Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local governmental authority, domestic
waste disposal services or the retailer where the product was bought for recycling advice.
The wheelie bin symbol on the product or its packaging indicates that this product cannot
be treated as normal household waste. This product must be handed over to an electric and
electronic equipment collection point for recycling. On ensuring that this product is disposed of
correctly, you will help to avoid possible negative consequences for the environment and public
health, which could occur if this product is not handled correctly.
Solution
Check that the power and selected program have been
correctly chosen on the control panel.
Check that the residual current device on the consumer unit
has not tripped or there has been a power cut.
If this issue continues, contact the Customer helpline for
your country shown at the end of this manual.
There maybe a fault, contact the Customer helpline for your
country shown at the end of this manual.
This is normal as the thermostat is controlling the oven
temperature.
Check and replace the lamp bulb as shown in Care &
maintenance.
Check that the power and selected program have been
correctly chosen on the control panel.
If this issue continues, contact the Customer helpline for
your country shown at the end of this manual.
