INSTALLATION
HAZARD Overhead mounting requires extensive experience, including the calcula-
tion of the load limit values of the installation material and regular safety inspection
of all installation materials and spotlights. If you do not have these qualifications, do
not attempt to perform an installation yourself. Refer instead to a qualified profes-
sional. There is a risk that devices that are incorrectly mounted and secured may
come loose and fall down. This can cause serious injury or death.
Installation on a truss is possible with an optionally available truss clamp, which is attached to the
mounting bracket (A). Use the mounting holes (B) for mounting on a wall or floor. Ensure that the
connections are tight and that the headlamp cannot come loose. When mounting the headlamp
overhead, secure it with a suitable safety rope on one of the safety lugs provided (C).
The adjustment of the radiation direction on the vertical plane is done with the help of an internal
hexagon tool (DS 60: 3 mm; DS 100: 4 mm; DS 200 5 mm; DS 400: 6 mm; tool not included in
delivery). To do this, loosen the two screws (D) of the adjustment device on both sides of the
spotlight, set the desired beam direction and tighten the four screws again.
