OPERATION
• Insert the desired products into the oval or round input bodies.
• To activate the device, press the green START button with your right hand while
holding the lever with your left hand.
• Next, slowly bring the pressing lever down, pushing lightly to ensure best cutting
results. Do not press too hard,as the device's elements will be overloaded.
• When the lever reaches the bottom of the round inlet, lift it up.
• Continue cutting until the desired quantity of vegetables has been cut.
• If you desire to cut round slices from cylindrical vegetables such as carrots, cu-
cumber, zucchini, etc., insert the vegetables into the small, round inlet and deli-
cately press the vegetables down. Repeat the process described above until the
desired quantity of vegetables has been cut.
• After completing the cutting process, turn the device off by pressing the red
STOP button. Remove the device's plug from its socket.

EXCHANGING THE BLADE
• Turn the knurled handle anticlockwise.
• Lift the cover with the handle.
• Turn the disc anticlockwise and cover the cutting edge with appropriate material
as (rubber, fabric, etc), the lift it by setting your hand under the disc. Simply lift
the discs to remove the grid disc for dice cutting, or the disc for stick cutting
with the plastic disc.

USING 2 BLADES

1. First mount the plastic disc
2. Place the fixed cutting blade (e.g. cubing blade)
3. Then mount the rotating cutting blade (e.g. slicing blade)

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

General information
• Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance operations, check to make sure
that the mains switch be off and the supply plug disconnected from the mains.
• Accurately clean the equipment and the discs every day for a correct operation
and life of the equipment.
Cleaning
• The discs, the grid for cutting dices, and the plastic ejector, can be removed for
washing under a warm water jet.
