Assembly
Warning
Danger of accidents Loading luggage can significantly affect the handling characteristics.
–
When the topcase is fitted, the handling characteristics, as well as the cornering and braking cha-
racteristics, may change due to greater crosswind sensitivity, especially with a full load. Beware of
strong winds. Due to the changed handling characteristics, approach the permitted maximum speed
of 150 km/h slowly.
Warning
Danger of accidents Never exceed the payload of 5 kg.
–
Distribute the load evenly and secure it against slipping.
Info
When using a pressure cleaner, maintain a distance of at least half a meter from the topcase. Use a neu-
tral detergent (water with mild soap).
Tip
The locking cylinder comes with many small parts. It is recommended that you perform the assembly while
seated at a table.
