Select Menu 14, default time is 10 minutes, which is adjustable
between 10 and 70 minutes, and you can press "START/STOP/
PAUSE" button at any time to undo the selection.
To Make Yogurt
This function is a separate one and can be for fermented dough,
yogurt, or sweet wine as you need.
Select Menu 15, the default time is 8 hours, which is adjustable
between 5 and 13 hours.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS DESCRIPTION
Reserve Function
The purpose of this function is to bake the bread overnight for
fresh bread at breakfast. For example, if it is 8:30 in the evening,
bread could be ready by 7:00 in the morning.
1. Compute Reserving Time: it should be 10 hours and 30 mi-
nutes from the evening 8:30 to the next morning 7:00.
2. Set Reserving Time: Press the "+" and "-" to set the time. Press
the «Start» button. Note: The time displayed on the screen is
set to 10 hours and 30 minutes, this display time includes the
time to make bread to have the bread done by 7:00.
Reserve Function Tips:
1. When using Reserve Function, do not add eggs, as they can go
bad and affect the taste of bread.
2. Cover the yeast with flour to maintain the activity of the yeast.
Buzzer Sound:
1. A buzzer sound is given as electricity is connected.
2. A buzzer sound is given as Loaf, Color, Menu or Time Setup is
pressed.
3. A buzzer sound is given each time "Start/Stop" is pressed.
4. During the kneading process, the buzzer sound will conti-
nuously to remind you to add ingredients.
