General product maintenance
Do a check of the cylinder rubbers of the diamond tool plates.
Clean the product with a moist cloth.
Engine maintenance
Do a check of the engine oil level.
Examine the air filter. Clean the air filter if it is necessary.
Replace the engine oil.
Do a check and clean oil cooler fins.
Replace the air filter.
Clean the cooling fins of the engine
To clean the product
Always clean all the equipment after use. Use a dust
extractor.
Do not use a high-pressure washer to clean the
product.
Keep the air openings clean and clear to make
sure that the product always has sufficiently cool
temperature.
After wet grinding, clean the brush strip with water.
Make sure that the remaining mixture of dust and
water is fully removed.
WARNING:
to clean below the grinding head.
Drive system for grinding head
The drive system for the grinding head is a closed
system. If you have problems with the drive system
of the grinding head, speak to your Husqvarna service
agent.
To do a check of the brush strip
Make sure that the brush strip is not damaged and
that it seals tightly against the floor.
To do a check of the cylinder rubbers
1. Do a check if the diamond plates have too much
space in the cylinder rubbers.

2. If there is an air gap, tighten the bolt (A) or replace
the cylinder rubbers (B).
3. Install 2 cylinder rubbers to have a more rigid
grinding head. Refer to the service manual more
information.
To examine the propane tank and lines
CAUTION:
and lines each time the propane tank is filled
and/or connected to the product.
1. Make sure that the propane tank has no damages.
2. Connect the propane tank to the product. Refer to
connect and disconnect the propane tank on page
11 .
