The wires in this mains lead are coloured in accordance with
the following code:
Green-and-yellow
Earth
Blue
Neutral
Brown
Live
As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this
apparatus may not correspond with the coloured markings
identifying the terminals in your plug proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured green-and-yellow must be
connected to the terminal in the plug which is marked by the
letter E or by the safety earth symbol
green-and-yellow. The wire which is coloured blue must be
connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or
coloured black. The wire which is coloured brown must be
connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L or
coloured red.

Precautions
This unit contains substances which can pollute the
environment if disposed carelessly. Please contact our
nearest office or your local environmental office in case of
disposal of this unit.
On safety
• Operate the unit on 100 - 240 V

• The nameplate indicating operating voltage, power
consumption, etc. is located on the rear.
• Should any solid object or liquid fall into the cabinet,
unplug the unit and have it checked by qualified personnel
before operating it any further.
• Unplug the unit from the wall outlet if it is not to be used for
several days or more.
• To disconnect the AC power cord, pull it out by grasping
the plug. Never pull the cord itself.

• Allow adequate air circulation to prevent internal heat

On cleaning
To keep the unit looking brand-new, periodically clean it with
a soft cloth. Stubborn stains may be removed with a cloth
lightly dampened with a mild detergent solution. Never use
strong solvents such as thinner or benzene, or abrasive
cleansers since these will damage the cabinet. As a safety
precaution, unplug the unit before cleaning it.
On repacking
Do not throw away the carton and packing materials. They
make an ideal container in which to transport the unit. When
shipping the unit to another location, repack it as illustrated
on the carton.
