INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (Continued)
7.
After installation is complete, remove the aerator (7.1)
from the spout (7.2). Turn on the water supply and
allow both the hot and cold water to run for at least one
minute. This flushes away any debris that could cause
damage to the internal parts.
While the water is running, check for leaks. If a leak
occurs, gently tighten the connection that is leaking.
Turn off the water and screw the aerator (7.1) back
onto the spout (7.2) on the faucet body (A).
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions for changing hose thread aerator:
Turn off water at handles.
1. Use adjustable pliers to grasp the aerator housing while holding the spout with your other hand.
2. Rotate aerator to the left to loosen.
3. Remove aerator by hand.
4. Thread the threaded hose aerator onto the spout, making sure the hose washer is in place.
5. Turn the hose aerator to the right to tighten it, while holding the spout in place. Do not overtighten.
6. Turn on water at the handles. The faucet will work as normal with the hose thread aerator in place.
Instructions for connecting hose:
Use a standard 3/4" hose thread connector to attach the hose to the threaded hose aerator, making sure
the hose washer is in place. Tighten by turning the hose connector to the right. Do not overtighten.
If leaking occurs, tighten the hose to the aerator.
When removing the hose make sure water is turned off at the faucet and that you have allowed the
hose to drain. Some water may remain in the hose and will drain out when the hose is disconnected.
Instructions for use:
The lever handles control the flow of hot and cold water to the faucet. Rotate the right handle for cold
water. Rotate the left handle for hot water. Rotating the handles opens the cartridges and causes water to
flow from the spout. The degree of handle opening determines the volume of water flow. Returning the
handles to the original position stops the flow of water.
Swivel the faucet spout as needed to add and remove items from the laundry tub.
Do not hang items, like pails or buckets, from the spout.
