In the event that your phone has a defect that prevents normal use, you will need to take
your device to our After-Sales Service. Your phone will not be repaired or replaced if the
trademarks or serial numbers (IMEI) have been removed or changed, or if your purchase
receipt is missing or illegible.
If the lack of conformity or defect is confirmed, all or part of your phone will be replaced
or repaired. This warranty covers the cost of parts as well as labour.
Before sending your phone to our After-Sales Service, we recommend:
• writing down and keep your IMEI somewhere safe (*);
• removing the SD card and the SIM card;
• saving all your personal data. Our repair centre might need to format your phone.
(*) Your IMEI code is the serial number used to identify your device and monitor after-
sales service. There are several ways to find your IMEI code:
• Tap *#06# on your mobile phone keypad;
• Check the packaging of your phone;
• On the back of your phone and depending on the model, the IMEI may be given on a
label or engraved on your phone's SIM tray.
Documents and information to enclose when sending your phone to our After-Sales
Service:
• A copy of the invoice or receipt, showing the date of purchase, the type of product, and
the name of the distributor;
• The IMEI number of the phone;
• A description of the fault with the phone.
