c) Specific Precautions during Use
 Never use your deep fryer without oil or fat. The oil level in the deep fryer must always be
between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on the wall of the pot. Do not exceed the maximum
level. Splashes of oil or fat could burn you.
 Ensure the room is ventilated when the machine is in use.
 Never use the machine outside and always place it in a dry environment.
 Place the machine on a flat surface to prevent it from falling.
 The fryer can reach high temperatures when in use. The oil may catch fire if it overheats.
So be very careful and do not leave it for very long without surveillance.

3) USING YOUR MACHINE

a) Using the Deep Fryer
This deep fryer enables you to fry all sorts of tasty dishes, such as chips, doughnuts, spring
rolls, etc., quickly and easily.
It can be used completely safely because the outside of the machine remains cold during use.
In addition, you can adjust the temperature of the preparation at any time using the
temperature selector. Finally, your fryer is fitted with a safety system which stops the machine
if it accidentally overheats (e.g. if the thermostat malfunctions).
Please follow the instructions listed below one by one to avoid any risk during use:
1) Open the lid by pressing the unlocking button located on the basket handle and take the
basket out of the fryer.
