must be taken to a recycling centre or to your dealer. This makes it possible to avoid

 Unpack the machine and remove all the paper and plastic. Make sure no pieces of
packaging remain inside or outside the machine.
 Before using the fryer for the first time we recommend you wipe the inside of the pot, the
basket and the outside of the fryer with a slightly damp cloth. Then dry it carefully. This
makes it possible to remove possible residues from manufacture.
