2) Fill the pot with oil to between the "MIN" and "MAX" levels indicated on the pot and then
close the lid again.
3) Plug in the lead and use the Start/Stop switch at the back of the machine. Then slide the
thermostat button to the required temperature.
4) Place the food in the basket Then lower it gently into the oil to avoid splashes of oil. Then
close the lid carefully.
5) Adjusting the cooking time: press the timer once to start and continue to press until the
required time is displayed.
6) The thermostat temperature is adjustable from 140° to 190°C. Adjust the cooking
temperature by moving the thumb wheel to the right to the required temperature.
