Operation
Keep the lid closed during the incubation period. Make sure that power is supplied to the incubator
during the complete incubation period.

Set the incubation temperature

The incubator keeps a constant temperature at the set point. To change the temperature at which
samples are incubated, change the set point.
1. Connect the incubator to power. Refer to
2. Set the power switch to on. The display shows the actual temperature inside the heating well.
3. Push the UP or DOWN arrow key. The display flashes and shows the set point temperature.
4. Push the UP or DOWN arrow key to change the set point by 0.1. Push and hold the key to
change the set point by 1.0.
Note: Push the arrow key within 5 seconds during the flash mode.
When the key is released, the display flashes several times and briefly shows the set point
temperature.
5. Keep the lid closed and let the temperature stabilize. The temperature is stable when the value
on the display does not change for a minimum of 1 hour.

Add samples to the incubator

When the temperature in the incubator does not change for a minimum of 1 hour, add samples to the
incubator.
