USHION
WARNING! An improperly installed or secured cushion could cause loss of W
stability resulting in serious injury or damage.
3.1 Installing the Libra Cushion
A
1. Remove all packaging before installation.
2. Orient the Libra cushion (A) so the waterfall edge is facing the front of the
wheelchair and the Velcro™ hook and loop strips are facing downward.
3. Position the cushion onto the wheelchair as far back as possible.
4. Align the loop strips on the bottom of the cushion with the corresponding hook
strips on the wheelchair seat.
5. In the event that the wheelchair seat pan and Libra Cushion have matching loop
strips, install the four double hook strips (provided separately) to secure the cushion
into place at each of the intersection points on the wheelchair seat.
6. Press down firmly to ensure the hook and loop strips are fully engaged.
