traditional deep fryer.

Possible solution
Connect the mains plug to an earthed
wall socket.
Enter the desired cooking time and press
button "2".
Put smaller batches of food in the basket.
Smaller batches are cooked more evenly.
Shake food halfway through cooking.
Increase the temperature to the desired
temperature setting (see section
"Operation").
Increase the time to the required time
setting (see section "Operation").
Ingredients that lie on top of or across
