IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
FOR YOUR FAST SLOW PRO™
This appliance cooks under pressure and must be operated and
maintained as described in this manual. The trapped air pressure
inside the pressure cooker may cause a hazardous situation if not
operated and maintained as described in this manual.
COOKING BOWL CAPACITY
• Always ensure proper liquid/food level in the
removable cooking bowl.
• 'MAX' level (4.5 quarts) - Do not exceed the
maximum fill level. Overfilling may cause
personal injury or property damage or affect
the safe use of the cooker.
• '½' level (3 quarts) – When cooking foods
that expand (such as dried vegetables, beans,
grains, rice, etc.) DO NOT fill past the middle
fill level.
• 'MIN' level (1 quart) – When pressure
cooking, slow cooking or steaming, make sure
the removable cooking bowl is filled to at
least the minimum fill level (combined food
