PLEASE READ THIS MANUAL IN FULL BEFORE USING THE ACCESSORY.
SERIOUS INJURY MAY OCCUR IF THE SAFETY REGULATIONS AND
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT OBSERVED.
Keep the safety instructions in a safe place and pass them on to the operators.

GENERAL WARNINGS
Before each use of the accessory, carry out the following checks:
• A general visual check on the condition
• The accessory should satisfy all the workplace regulations on installation, periodic checking, maintenance and use.
- The accessory has to be inspected and maintained by a suitably skilled technician to ensure that it is safe to use. Check for
all signs of premature corrosion or wear, taking the operating conditions into account.
- Make sure that all personnel who have to use the accessory are correctly trained and familiar with all the functions and
operations to be carried out with it and all the safety regulations and requirements.
- The accessory should only be used fully in accordance with all the safety regulations and standards which apply in the place
of use on the installation, use, maintenance and inspections of lifting equipment.
- The accessory has to be used under the supervision of a person who is fully familiar with all the regulations which apply in the
place of use and has all the authority to ensure that these are observed.
- The accessory should be installed and started up in safe conditions for the installer, in accordance with the regulations which
apply.
- Beta Utensili SpA will accept no liability whatsoever for the use of the accessory in any configuration or assembly conditions
other than those described in this user manual.
- When the accessory is in use, the operator has to make sure the area is free of obstacles
- If a number of accessories are used to lift a load, it will be necessary to draw up a lifting plan, to be defined and approved by
a suitably qualified technical specialist.
- Beta Utensili SpA will accept no liability whatsoever for the consequences of using the accessory in combination with the
lifting devices of other manufacturers.
- The operator has to monitor the load at all times to prevent any risk of resistance in upward or downward movement during
the lifting operations.
- The accessory should not be dismantled or repaired by unauthorised personnel. In the event of unauthorised dismantling or
repair, Beta Utensili will be exonerated of all liability.
- The accessory should not be modified. Beta Utensili SpA accepts no liability whatsoever for the consequences of any
modification to the accessory or the removal of any of its component parts.
- Beta Utensili SpA guarantees that the accessory will operate correctly only if it is fitted with original parts and components in
accordance with the specifications set out in this user manual. If the original parts and components are replaced with those of
another manufacturer, Beta Utensili SpA will be exonerated of all liability for the consequences.
- The maintenance table at the end of this manual has to be kept updated by a duly authorised person.
- When not in use, the accessory has to be stored in a place to which personnel not authorised to use it have no access.
- If the accessory has to be taken out of service on a permanent basis, all the environmental protection regulations in force in
the country of use have to be observed.
- The operator has to make sure that the accessory is placed on a stable support before use. If this is not possible, it will have
to be suitably protected.
- When the accessory is in operation, care should be taken not to distract the operator's attention.
- Before using the accessory, the operator has to have an unobstructed view of the operating area, which has to be suitably lit,
to avoid accidents to personnel and damage to the tools and equipment.
- The operator should not leave the accessory unmanned for long periods of time when under load. If this is not possible, the
operator has to ensure that there is no danger to personnel or equipment.
- Use the magnetic lifter in locations with a max temperature of +80 ° C.
