What is Enzyme Plus?
The Enzime+ fermenter allows the production of fermented foods in a simple and
almost automatic way. Restaurants and professional kitchen can elaborate black garlic,
onions, or fermented shallots, in a very short time and without any work. Therefore
Enzyme+ can make the chef's work easier and its use makes the investment profitable
in very few productions.
This machine can elaborate fermented garlic as well as other vegetables, dairy products,
doughs, vinegars, pickles, kimchi, bitters, natto, and much more healthy food.
IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS FOR THE USER
· Do not use the appliance other than as intended.
· Use only with a 220-240V~50/60Hz power outlet.
· Make sure that the AC cord is securely connected to the power outlet of the appliance.
· Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
· Allow the appliance to cool down before putting on or taking off parts.
· Do not use attachments/accessories other than those supplied or recommended by
the manufacturer.
· Do not use outdoors.
· Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
· Make sure the appliance is "off" when not in use, or before removing any parts for
cleaning.
· Always make sure the outer surface of the inner pot is dry before placing it in the
cooker or it will cause the cooker to malfunction.
· Be careful when opening the lid during or after cooking, as hot steam will escape and
cause burns.
· During the fermentation stage, steam may escape from the steam vent of the lid,
which is normal. Do not cover, touch or obstruct the steam outlet.
· Do not touch hot surfaces or use the handle or knobs.
· Store in a cool, dry place if not in use.
