Installing the speakers
Mounting the fixing
screws to the wall
When you have decided where you want to
mount both wall speakers, then you can drill two
holes for the dowel (D) vertically perpendicular to
one another in the relevant places in the wall at
a distance of 7.5 cm. Please consider the dowel
strength when determining the required drill
speed.
N.B: the fixing material supplied is suitable for
mounting onto standard walls. If you want to
mount the speakers onto other materials, like
wood or plasterboard, please use our special
fixing materials that are available from specialist
shops.
When you have drilled the holes, insert the dowel
and screw in the wall fixing screws (WS) leaving
approx. 5 mm protruding so that the wall mount
(WH) can be hung over there later.
Laying the cable
Now take one of the cables (K1, 15m) and make
a loop at the end with the 2 pin plug from approx.
30 cm of cable. Pull the loop through the recess
on the bottom of the wall mount (WH) and hang
it on the cable duct inside the mount. This acts as
strain relief for the cable and should prevent the
cable being pulled accidentally from the speaker
socket.
N.B.: Ensure that the cable end hangs out of the
mount approx. 10 cm so that the speaker can be
moved after connection.
Now place the plastic shrouding cover (AH) over
the mounting plate.
Now repeat the same procedure for securing the
other wall mount using the second cable (K1).

Mounting the speaker
onto the wall mount
When installing the speakers on the wall mount
(WH), it is best to place them on a flat surface
(e.g. a table) face down so that the bottom/back
with the mounting recess is facing up.
Now take one of the wall mounts (WH), through
which you have lead the cable and place the
mounting ring properly into the projecting ring on
the back of the speaker. The wall mount itself
must also be face down; the recess through
which you have lead the cable should be aligned
with the connection port of the speaker.
Now place a plastic mounting ring (BR) with the
edge facing upwards in the middle of the metal
ring on the wall mount. Then, place a mounting
plate (BS) inside of the plastic ring so that the
recess for the cable is aligned with the connection
opening of the speaker, and secure with three
mounting screws (MS) and a suitable
screwdriver, only slightly tightening the screws.
Now, take the connection cable (K1) below the
connector, lead it through the connection recess
of the mounting plate (BS), pulling it until it stops
through the cable duct on the bottom/back of the
speaker.

N.B.: ensure that the correct polarity is observed
with a groove on the connector which must face
forwards. If the connector cannot be inserted, do
not use force, but simply check whether the you
have to turn connector around .
Now, you can turn the speaker back round and
hang it onto the screws on the wall. Ensure that
the wall mount hangs securely on the screws in
the wall. if you want to move it a little sideways,
then tighten the screws a little more.
Now position the bottom of the speaker so that it
points in the direction of the sitting position in
the room. Finally, tighten the three locking
screws on the bottom of the speaker.
Now repeat the same procedure for the second
wall speaker.
