Deferred Start
The Deferred Start button allows you to set a start deferred by up to 24 hours (in 1-hour
segments).
The total time (the standard program time + the deferred start duration) remains
displayed on the screen. This is expressed (and rounded) in hours.
0 hrs (no deferred start) - 1 hr - 2 hrs - 3 hrs - 4 hrs - ... 22 hrs - 23 hrs - 24 hrs
The countdown starts the moment you press the
start. The program will start at the end of the countdown. The door is locked (the symbol
is displayed on the screen ).
To modify or cancel a deferred start, set the program selector back to "STOP" then
set a new duration.
N : If a power failure occurs during a cycle, the machine will restart, once the power
ote
comes back on, from the beginning of the interrupted cycle.
Selecting options
The "Options" button allows for moving from one option to another. Press the button
one or more times to choose the desired option before starting the program. Activation
of an option is signalled by its symbol being lit.
An option cannot be selected if it is not compatible with the program.
• Prewash
A prewash is a wash at a low temperature before the main wash, which serves to remove
stains. It is only useful if the laundry is very dirty. Without a prewash, you save energy,
water, detergent and time.

This function can only be used with certain programs, as indicated in the program
summary table).
• Rinse+
The Rinse+ function adds an extra rinse cycle to the main washing cycle, to remove any
traces of detergent from the garments. This can reduce the risk of irritation for sensitive
skins (babies or those with allergies) from detergent residues on garments.
• Hygiene+
You can only activate Hygiene+ mode if the temperature is set to 60°C.
A higher water temperature helps to eliminate germs and bacteria present in laundry.
Degree of soiling / steam level
This button allows you to choose between these 2 options, depending on the program
selected:
DEGREE OF SOILING
The washing time required will be displayed once the program has been selected.
This option allows you to choose from 3 washing intensities, depending on the degree
of soiling of your laundry:
Not very soiled, Normal soiling or
Note that the level of soiling changes the duration of the wash program.
This function can only be used with certain programs, as indicated in the table of
programs.
STEAM LEVEL
The REFRESH program, can be used to choose between steam treatments of three
different intensities, designed for dry or wet clothing and depending on the type of
fabric:
- COTTON (default selection)
This program is used for cotton clothing. It is suitable to allow damp fabrics to loosen
after spinning; and is designed to achieve the ideal moisture content for easier ironing
of dry fabrics.
