This service information describes the connection of the IntelliBridge to the GE Carestation 600 Series
anesthesia machine.
Data communication
The IntelliBridge EC10 module supports RS232 serial data communication with the pre-configured
communication settings of the GE Carestation 600 Series anesthesia machine. No further
configuration of the connection parameters is needed.

Instruction for connection
Connect the IntelliBridge EC5 D-Sub 9-pin connector to either of the RS232 connectors of the GE
Carestation 600 Series anesthesia machine as shown below. Make sure to tighten the screws of the
connector properly.
