1. Presentation
The C.A 740 is a visual detector for testing DC
and AC voltage, continuity.
It has been designed to comply with:
international standard EN 61243-3 cl. B
international standard EN 61010-1 600V
CAT III
In particular, it has the following advantages:
High level of electrical safety. The lighting and
automatic AC/DC detection protect the user
from a wide range of interpretation errors.
The autotest allows you to validate the
operation of the internal electronic circuits
and the condition of the leads.
Mechanical robustness.
Electronic protection up to 600Vrms for
continuity detection when the circuit is live.
High level of protection of the casing: IP 65.
Storage of test probes
Centre distance of 19 mm (distance between
the poles of the circuit breaker).
