Solution
Properly position the bowl into place
Remove foreign objects (grain, food particles, debris,
etc.) from under the rim, if any. Always close the lid
until it clicks into place
Check the sealing ring. Replace, if necessary

Run the Ready for Sky app on the mobile device
Ensure the distance between devices does not exceed
15 metres and there are no strays for transmission
of radio signal.
