Gas train installation
Check that there are no gas leaks.
Pay attention when handling the train: danger of
crushing of limbs.
Explosion danger due to fuel leaks in the pres-
ence of a flammable source.
Precautions: avoid knocking, attrition, sparks and
heat.
Make sure that the fuel interception tap is closed
before performing any operation.
The operator must use the required equipment
during installation.
The gas train is to be installed to the right or to the left of the gas
burner, in a horizontal position only. For the installation, proceed
as follows (Fig. 2):
Disconnect the system.
Check the data on the label match the mains voltage (+10%
-15%).
Unscrew the protective plug from the flange and connect the
gas line.

The pipe connecting the P

combustion chamber.
It is also important that the hose (P

ture would damage it.
The run for the pulse lines must be short.
DANGER
Once the connection is completed, check the air-
tightness of the pipes and pulse lines.
Use leak finder spray carefully.
Test pressure: Pmax = 100 mbar.
After assembling, check the gas train operation
and air-tightness.
For dismantling proceed in the opposite order.
Failure to comply with the warnings may result
in the valve malfunctioning and being dam-
aged.
