Ethernet
1. INTRODUCTION
The Ethernet interface kit is for use with the Courier 7000 scale.
2. INSTALLATION
1. Plug the Ethernet interface into the terminal through
the Mini DIN connector.
NOTE: Plug in the Ethernet interface when the USB
Type-C is disconnected from the scale.
3. SETUP
After installation, the scale will recognize the Ethernet interface kit and add related items to the menu.
Ethernet Connection
If DHCP is set to ON, the IP share or router will automatically assign IP Address.
If the DHCP is set to OFF, users need to setup the IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway, Primary DNS and
Secondary DNS in the ScaleMate software. The Interface has a preset IP Address. The Port Number is
always 9761 and cannot be changed.
NOTE:
After the setup of the IP Address, Gateway, Preferred DNS and Alternate DNS, please reboot the

indicator to enable the setting.
Configuration can be set up by ScaleMate software.

