1) Preparing the granules:
We recommend using the following glue (product code: 10530000)
LATICOL M 5053 C - ADHESIVE FOR PELLETS 20KG
Description: food grade modified wheat starch
Form: loose powder
Color: white to slightly creamy
Smell and taste: typical of wheat starch

Application:
The product is an excellent adhesive that has been used in the production of various types of
products, including charcoal and hard coal briquettes, sawdust, straw and fleet pellets.
Recommended for the production of feed for all animals. The use of a binder is only about mixing
with the raw material, and slightly moistening the mixture (in the case of dry products). The mass
obtained in this way is fed to the briquette press. After shaping the briquette from coal dust, it must
undergo a drying process.
Recommended dosage:
• charcoal 5-7%
hard coal 1.5-5%

wood pellets 0.5-2%
•
• straw briquette 1.5-5.0%
Packaging:
Multilayer valve bags of 20 kg net (pallet 660 kg) or Big Bags of 800 kg.
Storage:
Store in dry and roofed rooms.
Shelf life: 12 months from the production date.
