Matrix replacement/disassembly
To replace/disassemble the matrix, follow these steps:
Disconnect the unit from the power supply.

• Remove the hopper from the device housing.
• Loosen the set screw on the top housing.
Remove the top housing, and then clean the matrix and rollers from residue.
