In the application, press the +, and select «add device». The
application recognizes the alarm by bluetooth, press add and then
press the blue +, enter the password of your Wi-Fi network, and finish
the installation.
EZ installation (without bluetooth)
Once connected to the 2.4ghz Wi-Fi, open Energeeks 3.0 and follow
the steps below:
- In the application, press the "+" in the upper right corner and select
"add device".
- Select Protect Plus and follow the instructions in the app.
Connection failure: If the installation process fails, please make sure
the Wi-Fi network is 2.4Ghz and the password of your Wi-Fi network
is correct.
Important: The intelligent functions of current routers may prevent
the device from connecting, even if all the steps are correct. They can
also cause a device to go offline from time to time for no apparent
reason. If this happens to you, please contact our technical support
service.
