All sensors can be custom configured, or modified later. So you can
determine if a specific sensor should be disabled, enabled only for full
arming, enabled for full and partial arming, or always enabled, even
when the alarm is disabled.
You can also specify if the sensor will respect the alarm delay, or if it
will only warn in silence.
