Preparation for use
CAUTION
Crush hazard during assembly work
Crush hazard for the hands and feet during assembly work and when closing the drawers.

Wear foot protection and safety gloves.
»
Make sure the workbench is standing securely.
»
Before starting work, apply the parking brakes on the castors.
»
Assembly of the roller cabinet and mobile workbench requires two persons.
6.1.
INITIAL COMMISSIONING (ONLY ARTICLE NO. 971750)
ESD coordinator
1. Have an ESD coordinator check and record the operation of the ESD protective equipment according to DIN EN 61340-5
under the prevailing conditions at the set-up location.
6.2.
ATTACHING THE ROLLERS

To avoid damaging the visual appearance of the product, use the cardboard packaging as an underlay.
ü Align the transport packaging with the arrows facing up and remove it.
1. Only for the ToolCar and ToolTruck: remove the storage surface.
2. Only for the ToolTruck: remove the storage shelves from the cupboard section.
3. Take four castors/wheels from the drawer or side compartment on the roller cabinet or mobile workbench.
4. Lock the drawer or optional side compartment, remove the key.
5. Turn the roller cabinet or mobile workbench upside down.
6. Using the hexagon L-wrench (5 mm), attach the two castors and two fixed wheels.

The rectangular hollow section of the fixed wheels must be on the inside.
7. Turn the roller cabinet or mobile workbench onto its installed castors/wheels.
8. Lock both castors by applying the parking brakes.
9. Only for the ToolCar and ToolTruck: install the storage surface.
10. Only for the ToolTruck: insert the storage shelves in the cupboard section.
6.3.
DRAWERS AND PULL-OUT SHELVES
6.3.1.
Positioning the slotted partitions

1. Push the side lock inwards.
2. Tilt the slotted partition aside and remove it.
3. Tilt and insert the slotted partition into the desired holes and align it.
4. Push the side lock outwards.
6.3.2.
Drawers and pull-out shelves – removal

1. Press the lock underneath the handle of the drawer/pull-out shelf and pull it right out.
2. Press the bar at the side up on both sides.

Drawer/pull-out shelf has been unlocked.
3. Remove the drawer/pull-out shelf.
4. Lock the roller cabinet or mobile workbench using the central locking function.
