DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY (EC)
PRAT INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L., owner of the GREENCUT brand, located in Calle Migdia S / N. 43830 -
Torredembarra, SPAIN, declares that the GX12000i generator as from 2018 series onwards, are in accordance with
the requirements of the applicable European Parliament Directives and of the Council:
•
The machinery Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council published on 17th May 2006
regarding machinery and which was modified by the 95/16/EC Directive.
•
Directive 2014/30/UE of the European Parliament and of the Council published on 26th February 2014, regarding
the harmonisation of laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility.
•
Directive 2014/35/UE of the European Parliament and of the Council published on 26th February 2014, regarding
the harmonisation of laws of the Member States relating to the commercialisation of electric materials to be used
with certain tension limits.
•
Directive 2005/88/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council published on 14th December 2005 and
which was modified by Directive 2000/14/CE relating to the approximation of laws of the Member States on
sound emissions to the environment due to outdoor machinery.
The product delivered coincides with the prototype that was submitted for CE exam.
