DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPONENTS
FRONT PANEL
The air is taken in via the louvres. By raising the panel,
you can access the air filters and other internal parts.
RECEIVER
The infrared remote control signals are received by the
display or the wired panel (if fitted).
DISPLAY BOARD
The display is in the middle of the front panel. Indicates
the operating mode, temperature, error messages
and timer. The speed is shown with the F1, F2, or F3
symbols for 3 seconds when changed.
AIR FILTER
Regenerable air filters that are easy to take out for
cleaning.
HEAT EXCHANGER COIL
Made of a copper tube with turbo aluminium fins.
AIR SUPPLY
The horizontal deflector is motorised.
The vertical fins can be manually orientated to direct the
air flow as needed.
AUXILIARY EMERGENCY SWITCH
The auxiliary emergency switch is used to activate
or deactivate the fan coil if the remote control isn't
working.

electrothermal actuator controlled by the fan coil board
on the basis of the water temperature and the room
temperature.
3-way WATER VALVE
The FCWI_3V fan coil is fitted as standard with a
3-way water valve of the all-or-nothing type, with an
electrothermal actuator controlled by the fan coil board
on the basis of the water temperature and the room
temperature.
TLW4 REMOTE CONTROL (accessory for FCWI) - this
accessory is essential for fan coil operation (as an
alternative to PFW4 or control via the RS-485 port).
The TLW4 remote control is supplied separately from the
fan coil. A single remote control can command several
fan coils.
The remote control allows you to set all the device
operating parameters, which are shown on a liquid
crystal display to facilitate programming.
The remote control has a support so it can be hung on
the wall.
PFW4 WIRED PANEL (accessory for FCWI) - this
accessory is essential for fan coil operation (as an
alternative to PFW4 or control via the RS-485 port).
The PFW4 wired panel is supplied separately from the
fan coil. It is used to set the main device operating
parameters, and is handy for setting the unit Modbus
address if you want to command the unit via the RS-485
port.
FCWCP: kit for installing the Cold Plasma ionizer device,
it is not compatible with VLN versions.
