3.7.1. Programs
Note: The GR150 program can only be installed and edited using Labwise
The GP200 can store up to five programs each program having up to thirty segments.
The GP150 has only one program.
On selecting Program from the main menu the LCD display shows the Program Select menu
which gives the option of selecting an installed program or going to Program Editor (GP200) to
install or modify any of the five programs available.
Program select.
Rotate the navigation control to select required program. Press "S" select. (Pressing "F" will
return to Program menu). The program starts running; the LCD displays the bath temperature
together with the program number and set temperature for the first segment of the program.
After a few seconds the LCD will revert to "Home" display. To end the program, repeat the
above steps and after selecting program number, press "S" again to enter End Program
select. Press "S" to end program. Pressing "F" will return to previous display without ending
program.
Program Editing (GP200)
Rotate the navigation control to select Program Editor. Press "S" to select. The LCD displays
"Edit Program" together with a program number. Rotate the navigation control to select
Program number to be installed or edited. Press "S" to select. Rotate the navigation control to
select: Delete Program, Segment * Temperature, Time, Relay, Insert After, Erase Segment,
(where * goes from 1 to number of segments programmed).
Delete Program deletes the program selected in Edit Program. Press "S" to delete program.
Temp. is the temperature required for the segment, press "S" to enter editor. Rotate the
navigation control to change the value in the LCD display to the required temperature. Press
"S" to return to the menu. Pressing "F" will return to the menu with no change in value.
Time is the time in hours and minutes that the unit will take to go from one segment
temperature to the next, press "S" to enter editor. Rotate the navigation control to change the
value in the LCD display to the required Time. Press "S" to return to the menu. Pressing "F"
will return to the menu with no change in value. To dwell for a period on a particular
temperature, set the Temperature to the same value as the previous value and then set Time
to the required dwell period.
Relays when selected the two relays can be switched on or off by pressing „S‟. A [*] next to
the numbers [1] or [2] indicates whether that particular relay will be activated.
Insert After starts a new segment at this point in the program and will renumber other
segments accordingly. Press "S" to start new segment, LCD indicates new segment number
with temp. and value. Then continue as previously to enter program values.
