2.2.
Assembling control unit for use as bath controller or immersion thermostat
2.2.1. Bath controller-stainless steel tanks, S12, S18, S26 and S38
The controller can be fitted to the bridge plate in either of two positions. These are, on the left
hand side facing into the working area of the bath or on the left hand side of the bath facing
out. Fit the controller through the hole in the bridge plate and using the three M3 screws
supplied, fit the controller to the plate with the plate correctly aligned with the controller three
holes in the plate line up with three screw fixings in the base of the controller. Note; the
controller position cannot be changed after placing through the hole; it must be lifted out and
then rotated.
Fit the lip of the bridge plate into the gap between the cut out in the plastic case and the tank
in the top left hand corner of the case such that the lip of the bridge plate is lodged under the
lip of the tank. Fix the bridge plate to the bath using the M5 screw, this goes through hole in
the rear of the bridge plate and screws into the case.
Fit the circulation tray in the base of the tank, with the large cut-out in the tray underneath the
control unit (models 12L and above).
