2.2.2. Bath controller- stainless steel tank S5
Fit the controller through the smaller of the two cut outs in the bridge plate with the front of the
controller facing over the larger cut out. Using the three M3 screws supplied, fit the controller
to the bridge plate. With the plate correctly aligned with the controller, three holes in the plate
line up with three screw fixings in the base of the controller. Fit the lip of the bridge plate into
the gap between the cut out in the plastic case and the tank in the front of the bath such that
the lip of the bridge plate is lodged under the lip of the tank. Fix the bridge plate to the bath
using the M5 screw, this goes through hole in the rear of the bridge plate and screws into the
screw fixing in the case.
2.2.3.
Bath controller-plastic tanks P5, P12, P18
The controller is fitted to the bridge plate so that the controller faces into the working area of
the bath and the fixing clamp is to the rear of the controller. Fit the controller through the hole
in the bridge plate and using the three M3 screws supplied, fit the controller to the plate.
Loosen the knurled clamp fixing screw and push the bridge plate onto the end of the plastic
tank, ensuring that the clamp fixing plate goes into the recess in the tank on the outside.
Tighten the knurled screw on the clamp making sure that the tank is securely clamped by the
two plates on the bridging plate.
