INSTALLATION
•
The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or improper
assembly.
•
Make sure the mains voltage matches the information on the rating plate
attached to the inside of the hood.
•
For Class I devices, check that the home power supply provides adequate
grounding.
•
Connect the extractor to the exhaust duct using a pipe with a minimum
diameter of 120 mm.
•
The path of the exhaust air duct must be as short as possible.
•
Do not connect the extractor hood to exhaust ducts that carry combustion
gases (boilers, fireplaces, etc.).
•
If a larger distance is specified in the assembly instructions for the gas hob,
this must be taken into account.
•
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
customer service or a similarly qualified person to avoid any hazards.
•
The air must not be directed into an exhaust duct used to extract fumes
produced by the combustion of gas or other fuels (this does not apply to
devices that only return the air to the room).
•
The minimum distance between the space for the cooking vessels on the hob
and the lowest part of the extractor hood is 650 mm.
•
Regulations for the discharge of exhaust air must be observed.
