Troubleshooting
Problem
Unit will not light up when on button
pressed
Motor does not operate even though
control box is on
Counter does not operate
No material is fed
Drop size varies
Feed leaking out from chute
Excessive movement of drawbar
Possible Causes
Low Supply Power
Incorrect Polarity / poor
connection
Fuse blown (2 button controls only)
Shortage in wiring
Poor connection between control box and
TF350
Shortage in wiring (may be indicated by
unit losing power when run button
pressed)
Motor Fault
Poor connection
Fuse blown (2 button controls)
No signal (Fault F1 on 4-button model)
Rodent damage

Unit switched 'off ' incorrectly (2 button

Remedies
Charge Battery
Check connection
Replace Fuse
Check wiring loom for damage and
repair / replace as required
Check plug is clean and moisture free
Check wiring for damage
Replace motor, contact distributor
Check plug is clean and moisture free
Replace fuse
Adjust or replace sensor (see page 9 in
handbook). The sensor needs the magnet
to pass within 2mm of it, foreign object
ingress could have caused fault
Check wiring and sensor for damage
Check for blockages and remove
Agitate hopper contents
Adjust and tighten hand screws
Check for blockages and remove
Restart unit, stop slide plate operation
prior to switching control box off.
Clean slide plate area. A stronger return
spring can be provided if required for very
sticky feed.
Replace swivel bearings
Tighten bolts
