ASSEMBLY
INSTALLING THE RAILS ONTO THE SAW
TABLE
See Figures 32 - 37.
 Take the following from the large fastener pack:
Hex head bolts (M8 x 30 mm for the front rail) ............. 9
Bolts (M8 x 20 mm for the rear rail) .............................. 8
Nuts (M8: 8 for the front rail, 4 for the rear rail) .......... 12
Hex head bolts (M6 x 14 mm, for the switch) ............... 2
Pan head screws (M4, for the end cap) ........................ 4
NOTE: One M8 x 30 bolt will be needed to secure the
spreader bar to the front rail.
To install the front rail:
 Slide two hex head bolts (M6 x 14 mm) into the groove
on the bottom left side of the assembled front rail.
NOTE: These bolts will be needed to secure the switch
to the front rail later in assembly.
 Slide nine hex head bolts (M8 x 30 mm) into the groove
on the back of the assembled front rail.
NOTE: Slide four bolts from the left side of the rail and
five from the right. Eight bolts will be used to secure the
front rail to the saw table and one will secure the spreader
bar.
 Push the front rail end caps into position on both ends
of the front rail.
 Insert self-tapping pan head screws (M4) in each hole
and tighten using Phillips screwdriver.
 Lift the front rail and align the eight bolts (M8 x 30 mm)
with the holes on the front of the saw table and side
extensions starting from the left.

NOTE: The remaining bolt on the right side will be used
to secure the spreader bar.
 Insert the bolts through the holes then loosely thread nuts
onto each bolt.
 Using a 13 mm wrench, tighten the four center nuts. Do
not tighten completely.
 Tighten the four outer nuts. Do not tighten completely.
To install the rear rail:
 Align holes in the rear rail and holes on the back of the
saw table and table extensions.
NOTE: Position the rear rail with the slotted side on the
bottom and the lip on the top and facing out.
 Insert eight bolts (M8 x 20 mm) through the holes.
