4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Functions:
IMPORTANT: Set up the side stepper on a horizontal, even and stable surface. We
recommend placing a rectangular carpet or rubber mat underneath the device. This will
protect the floor, especially after use over an e tended period. Leave a distance of at least
2.5 meters around the e terior dimensions of the device.
ACTIVATING THE TWIST FUNCTION
Up and down motion with simultaneous sideways motion
1. Bring both pedals to upright position and same height.
2. Move the dual function lever at the center a is forward to the very end.
ACTIVATING THE UP AND DOWN FUNCTION
Up and down motion
1. Bring both pedals to upright position and same height.
2. Move the dual function lever at the center a is backwards to the very end.
