Warning
The motor of this pressure washer does not run continuously. It only runs when pressing the
trigger. Once the initial procedures in this manual have been carried out, turn the pressure
washer on and press the trigger to activate the pressure washer.
High pressure hose angle to the surface to be cleaned
-
When spraying water against a surface, the jet achieves maximum impact when sprayed
head-on. However, this type of impact tends to embed dirt particles into the surface,
creating the opposite cleaning effect to the desired. Therefore, the optimum angle for
spraying water against a surface is 45°. Spraying water at this angle improves the impact
and allows it to be combined with more efficient dirt removal. Fig .3
Distance from the surface to be cleaned
Another factor that determines the impact force of the water is the distance to the surface
to be cleaned. Water impact and force increases as the spray nozzle approaches the surface.
How to avoid damaging surfaces
-
A surface is damaged when the impact of the force of the water is greater than the
hardness of the surface. The impact force will vary according to the settings mentioned
above. Never use a direct jet on surfaces susceptible to damage. Avoid spraying windows
with the direct jet, as they may break.
-
The best way to avoid damaging surfaces is to follow these steps:
1.
Follow the distance and angle instructions mentioned above.
2.
Vary the angle of the jet, the type of jet and the distance from the surface to be cleaned
until efficient cleaning is achieved without damaging the surface.
Use of detergents
Add detergent to the back tank. Place the low pressure nozzle. Fig. 4
Trigger the detergent spray gun.
Nozzles
The Hydroboost 3200 Induction ProClean includes 4 UltraJet nozzles and a 3D TurboFlip nozzle.
These are colour-coded and produce different types of jets and different pressures to perform
a specific cleaning task. The nozzle size determines the jet size and water pressure. Fig. 5
-
Nozzle 0°, Red: pulverises water and is extremely powerful. Covers small cleaning areas.
It is used to clean surfaces that can stand high pressures, like metal or cement. Do not use
this nozzle to clean wood.
-
Nozzle 15°, Orange: emits powerful jets at 15°, for intensive cleaning in small areas. Use

this nozzle only in surfaces and materials that stand high pressures.
-
Nozzle 25°, Green: emits powerful jets at 25°, for intensive cleaning in large areas. Use this
nozzle in surfaces and materials that stand a medium pressure.
-
Nozzle 40°, White: emits water jets at 40° and less powerful. Covers greater areas and can
be used to carry out general cleaning tasks.
-
Turbo nozzle: use this nozzle to clean in a turbo mode. Water is distributed in a spiral-
shaped jet. The 3D TurboFlip nozzle combines the power of a direct jet of great impact with
the efficiency of a 25º jet. This transforms the concentrated jet into a conical jet that deep
cleans larger areas.
Trigger locking system
It is very important to hold the gun in the correct position when using the pressure washer, with
a hand in the handle and the other in the wand. When stopping the machine, it is necessary to
use the locking system (12) to prevent accidents.
Accessories
Soap bottle
-
Insert the metal end of the wand into the gun opening (making sure that the locking tabs
on both sides match the notches on the gun). Press inwards and turn clockwise to fix the
wand and the gun (make sure that both parts are securely fixed). Insert the metal end of
the soap bottle with the plastic locking tabs into the opening of the wand. Press, turn and
fix it so the soap bottle and wand are perfectly placed and fixed. Fig. 6
-
Use the regulator placed in the upper part of the bottle to set, increase or decrease the
amount of soap you want to use.
Warning
Soaps work better when applying them on the spray mode.
The chemical action combined with high-pressure rinses is very effective. In vertical surfaces,
apply soap from bottom to top. This will prevent soap from falling down and creating stains.
High-pressure rinses can also be carried out from bottom to top. With stains specially difficult
to remove you may need to use a brush along with soap and high-pressure rinses. Follow the
instructions in the next section to use this accessory.
Anti-impurities filter
This model includes a transparent male connector with an anti-scale filter which can be
assembled with the hose to prevent limescale build-up.
360Brush special for wheel rims
This model includes a specific brush for car rims made of bristles, which can remove the
harshest dirt. When using this accessory, water will automatically come out at low pressure.
