Maintenance
WARNING! Disconnect and lock out power
before performing any service to the electrical
system. Disconnect the negative battery
terminal cable. Failure to do so may result in
injury and/or electrical system damage.

If needed, the chain can be lubricated with a clean
rag sprayed with WD-40. Do not use other lubricants.
»
Before each use, check for electrical wire damage.
Replace if necessary.
»
Keep the control panel dry and protected from the
elements. Cover carefully and completely with water
resistant cover when not in use.
»
Periodically, check inside the control panel for
oxidized connections or signs of moisture.
Troubleshooting
IF PENDANT BATTERY FAILS
Note: Ensure all fuses have been checked and are good.
1. Open the pendant and remove the battery.
2. Put pendant back together without the battery
installed.
3. Disconnect / undo all the leads or wires on the
bottom of the panel.
4. Install the main power cord / lead to the panel on the
mill.
5. Plug the remote into the panel with the provided
charge cord (panel to pendant).
6. Turn on the panel and listen for a double beep
followed by a single beep.
7. Reinstall the accessory leads to the bottom of the
panel and check for operation.
If operation is successful the battery in the pendant has
failed and will need to be replaced.
DO NOT operate the mill for a prolonged period without
a battery in the remote.
Alternately a battery could be sourced locally: you need a
3.7 V / 18650 / Flat Top Battery.

Storage
When not in use:
»
Move the sawhead to the lowest position.
»
Turn "Off" the control panel.
»
Disconnect the battery cable.
»
Cover the control panel.
»
Charge the pendant / remote control battery fully.
»
Keep the pendant and IntelliSet inside in a heated
place.
IF PANEL OPERATION STOPS
(i.e. blown fuse during operation)
Note: Ensure all fuses have been checked and are good.
1. Disconnect / undo all the wires on the bottom of the
panel.
2. Reinstall the main power lead on the bottom of the
panel.
3. Plug the remote into the panel with the provided
charge cord (panel to pendant).
4. Turn on the panel and listen for the double beep
followed by a single beep.
5. Reinstall the accessory leads to the bottom of the
panel and check for operation.
