Insert the metal Base Plate into the slots

Re-attach the Mounting Knob to the bolt
on the underside of the Bicycle Seat by
rotating it clockwise until tight.

note
During the last few rotations of the Mounting Knob,
the Locking Ring should make audible clicking noises.
When fully tightened, the Locking Ring should prevent
the Mounting Knob from rotating counter-clockwise .
