Inverter off
When using suitable KACO inverters, the shutdown can be carried out via the grid separation relay integrated into the
inverters and the "Inverter OFF" digital output instead of via interface switch.
Information about the "Inverter off" function: See manual under
"string inverter" category.

LED flashing
Description
The green "Operating" LED is illuminated when AC and DC voltage is
present.
If the LED is flashing, internal communication between the compon-
ents is being established. After flashing, the device is ready for feed-in.
If the LED continues to flash for a long time, there is an internal com-
munication error.
The green "Operating" LED is lit.
The green "Feed-in" LED is illuminated after the country-specific
waiting period*.
The device feeds into the grid.
You can hear the circuit-breaker / interface switch switch on.
NOTE: Both LEDs are also illuminated in Q on Demand operation
mode.
The green "Operating" LED is illuminated.
The green LED "Feed" is flashing because one of the modes: internal
power reduction, external power reduction, external reactive power
request or standalone mode is active.
The device feeds into the grid.
You can hear the circuit-breaker / interface switch switch on.
The green "Operating" LED is lit.
None of the LEDs is illuminated or the red "Fault" LED is illuminated.
Fault in the AC/DC source
Conditional special cases:
ž
There is no DC voltage present (e.g. DC isolator switch open)
ž
DC voltage too low (< starting voltage)
DC voltage is present (> starting voltage), but communications connec-
tion between the front end (operating unit) and back end (control unit)
is faulty, or interrupted.
