- Soak the sausage casing in warm water for 10 minutes. Then slide the pre-moistened
casing through the funnel. Insert the minced (seasoned) meat through the hole in the tray.
If the casing sticks to the funnel, moisten it with a little water.
Preparing pasta
- The operating time must NOT exceed 4 minutes.
- Use the fine, medium, or coarse cutting disc.
1. Sprinkle some flour on the tray.
2. Mix 75 g flour and 25 g water to make the dough.
3. Divide it into 2 parts of the same size.
4. Using the pusher, push the dough through the hole in the tray.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
If any meat remains in the mixture, you can remove it by passing a slice of bread through the
grinder.
1. Before cleaning the appliance, switch it off and disconnect it from the mains. Fig. 5
2. Press the lock button and turn the head clockwise. Remove the food pusher and tray. Fig. 6
3. Unscrew the adjusting nut and remove all parts from the grinder head. Do not put parts in
the dishwasher!
4. Wash all parts that have been in contact with the meat with hot soapy water. Wash them
immediately after use.
5. Rinse with hot tap water and dry thoroughly.
6. We recommend that you lubricate the blade and cutting discs with a little vegetable oil.
