FITTING THE BATTERIES.-
This monitor uses two ALKALINE
BATTERIES LR20.
remove the cover of the battery
compartment (A) by prying the cover
inwards, Fig. 1. Insert the two LR20
alkaline batteries into the battery
compartment making sure that the
battery's polarity is correct (matching
the battery's «+» terminal with the «+»
sign inside the battery compartment,
and the «-» terminal with the «-» sign).
Close the cover.
If, after having switched the monitor on,
it displays errors or merely partial
segments then remove the batteries and
wait for about 15 seconds before
reinstalling them.

MONITOR FUNCTION.-
This electronic unit has six function
keys: RECOVERY, MODE; RESET,
ENTER; UP; DOWN.
The monitor will start to count down as
soon as you start the exercise.
The screen will display the TIME, the
STROKES,
CALORIES and PULSE RATE.

FITNESS TEST.-
This electronic device is equipped with
a recovery test function. This offers
you the advantage of being able to
measure how long it takes your heart
rate to recover after having finished
the
exercise.
